MedTech
Strategize and help an innovative, early stage start-up be first in the Canadian market. We helped plan out the application with all of its moving pieces, including integration with a custom-built advanced machine learning pipeline. We helped with the security requirements, which includes locking down the application and servers and working with a third-party to verify the security and architecture.
Insurance Brokerage
An insurance brokerage came to us after being unhappy with the current team. We analyzed their codebase, processes, people, and technology. We made improvements on all fronts. Their application is now stable in production, with many new exciting features and integrations in the pipeline.
iOT
We have helped create plans for iOT projects, including an analysis of buying an existing iOT company vs. building from scratch. We created an architecture to handle a large amount of data that is constantly analyzed from a network of devices. We also helped another iOT company improve its architecture to be to handle the same amount of users more efficiently while building out new features.
